Paid optimization and cleanup actions require an active Shopify Billing plan and available quota. The free plan is intended for small audit runs.
How does cleanup stay safer?
MediaPilot checks whether media appears in Shopify products, themes, and content before presenting cleanup recommendations. Merchants should review exports and confidence labels before deleting files.
Can I roll back a WebP conversion?
Where possible, MediaPilot records operation history and rollback availability for media replacement workflows. Original image backups can be stored in Shopify Files with a mediapilot-backup-original prefix. After rollback, History can launch a cleanup job for backups that are no longer needed.
Where do I monitor background jobs?
Use Queue and History inside the embedded app to review progress, retries, pauses, errors, and completed jobs.
